I am one trade away from a max loss week. Will only trade a perfect setup today. Otherwise, save my ammo.
Hard not to notice that when I have losing days I don't journal as well/at all. I'm usually emotionally spent and not in the mood for introspection. But I'm also not growing by neglecting to analyze losses. Work on it. It's the key to success!!!
