churned all day for nothing

Down $122. Once that would have been a big deal. Today, I was down a notch, up a notch, just on normal volatility, most of it made/lost in QS. In the end, basically flat. And frustrating. And sort of a blur. Did I stick to clockwork? What could I have done better? 
I'm not great at taking the lessons from days like this because I finish so fried.
